We invite every parent to have a look around the daycare they are interested in before signing up. We organise individual tours of the locations in order to give parents a feel for the daycare and have a chat to get to know us better. You can make an appointment for a tour of the daycare or a chat with management and teachers at one or all of our locations.
You can request a tour any day between 10:00 and 18:15. If these times don’t suit you, let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Our prices are simple. €8.55 (2018) per hour.
For the daycare, our prices are on average €398 monthly for one full day a week
For 5 days a week, our monthly fees are €1990 (2018) on average
For the After School Care program, the monthly fee is dependant on the school. Please contact us for more info.
Don’t forget that you can apply for government subsidies of 33-90% of the total amount, depending on income. See Tax Authorities Kinderopvangtoeslag page for more info.
Half days and other options are generally possible, but this needs to be reviewed on a case by case basis, as certain groups and locations do not offer this possibility.

We allow the following:
Prices include everything your child may need at Teddy Kids; from food to gifts and celebrations, as well as parties, baby food, diapers and anything else that may come up.
We employ fixed hours from 7:45 – 18:30, which is possible to extend per 15 minutes from 7:00 till 19:00. We also allow half days, which go from the morning until 13:00 or from 13:00 onwards.
Additionally, we offer flexible hours, which come at an additional fee of 1 euro per hour (these contracts are limited and not always available). This essentially means you can choose your own hours between 7:00 and 19:00, subject to availability.
Teddy Kids allows parents to reuse missed days within 30 days provided there is space available and is communicated through Zaycare at least 1 workday (24 Hours from 07:00, excluding weekends) in advance. - On a daily basis we improve the Zaycare system based on feedback from parents, during this period missed days can temporarily be used in the month of the missed day and the following. For example: Missed the 5th of September, swap is possible in the whole month of September + October.
Missed days must be marked as such within the Zaycare system - the responsibility to do so lies solely with the parent, we do not take responsibility for info being updated late. You are rewarded with swaps for these actions.
Please be advised that after confirming a "Not Coming/Vacation/etc" day in Zaycare, this day becomes available to other parents and credit may be added to your account (provided it was done in time). This means that you forfeit your right of use for the reserved day(s). If a mistake has been made please let us know ASAP so we can reset the information.
Missed days cannot be financially compensated nor exchanged with already booked contract days.
Contracted flexible days, half days (07:45-13:00 // 13:00-18:30), or any other type of days cannot be extended with credit.
Booked "Extra" days are final and will not be credited.

If your child has future brothers and sisters who would like to join a Teddy Kids daycare, they always have priority.
Teddy Kids is open 5 days a week the whole year round, expect on official Dutch holidays. See the document here for a complete overview of the days that we are closed.
Please note that it is not possible to switch these days, as they have already been factored into the price; a closed day cannot be switched or changed.
You will receive a pro forma invoice for the coming month by the 25th of the previous month.
Late payments are charged with a €25 administrative fee.
We accept cash, direct debit, bank transfer, and BitCoin. Please contact us for more information. Our preferred payment method is direct debit (‘automatische incasso’).
We add a €25 administrative fee to any direct debit that has been cancelled and a payment is not made within 5 working days. If you don’t agree to a payment please consult us and we will reimburse the amount in question should the situation require it.
